Yinchupon - is the test reliable?

The test is reliable, but - the police tests are the ones that determine.
The device is calibrated once every 500 tests and the sensor is replaced every 1000 tests.
The device gives a result according to 240 micrograms warning about a driving ban.

Yansufon - what does the law say?

What does the law say? A veteran driver will be considered drunk with an amount of 240 micrograms of exhaled air with a deviation of up to 290 micrograms, while new and young drivers will be considered drunk with an amount of 49 micrograms of exhaled air.
